Our Purpose and Vision

The purpose and the vision of  today's local church is not new. Years ago, Jesus instructed His followers to:

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind"...

and to

"Love your neighbor as yourself."

(Matthew 22:37,39)

He also commissioned them

"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."

(Matthew 28:19-20)

As a fellowship of born-again believers, we are to continue the work of Jesus Christ. We are to love, worship, and glorify God by reaching the lost, equipping saints, ministering to the needs of others, and bringing people into the unity of the body of our Lord Jesus Christ.

    Gloryland Church is committed to:

1.  Carry the gospel to Mcgregor and Crawford areas.
2. Establish new community churches and equip them to win souls for the kingdom.
3. Provide spiritual training and support to other churches.
4. Encourage unity with other local churches for evangelism and ministry.
5. Reach out to people of all backgrounds, all races and all denominations.

     We Believe:

• God is the Creator of the heavens and the earth.

• In the virgin birth of Christ.

• Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

• Jesus Christ is the only way to God and Heaven.

• We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God.

• Jesus Christ went to the cross as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

• Christ died and rose from the grave on the third day.

• Christ ascended into Heaven and is seated on the right hand of God interceding for us.

• God sent His Holy Spirit to convict us of sin.

• The Holy Spirit will teach, guide and empower us.

• The Church is the born-again believers in Jesus Christ.

• Jesus Christ is the head of His Church.

• We are to do the work of Jesus Christ.
